I have an annoying sound that is gradually getting more prolonged as I start my car. As soon as the engine fires, I get a sound as though something was dragged across the under tray. It is very brief and doesn't sound like a Bendix dragging on the flywheel. The starter itself isn't making any obvious noise, though it may be the source of the sound. I recently changed the oil and didn't notice anything that might be coming on contact with the engine as it starts.See More
Yes, I used Redline for transmission. Perfect oil for my driving. I am very pleased. If you change the transmission oil yourself, it is easy to do. You need only a longer flexible pipe to put the oil into the upper filling hole.
