Oil in Spark Plu Housing

Car runs fine. Was time to change the Spark Plugs. When removing noticed the first 3 have oil on them and when looking in the housing notice there's oil there as well.

Any ideas where the oil is coming from????

Seals for spark plug access holes in valve cover.
Remove valve cover, but be careful when removing the bolts, make sure you "wake" them (sharp tap on head) there are seals under bolt head also.

Probably a good idea to order all seals at once.
Remember which bolt goes where.
